This review specifically reflects my experience with the RoveLab Taiwan team and the local distributor/customer service team. If this is what the Taiwan team considers “normal quality,” then it is genuinely difficult to understand what quality standards are actually being applied in Taiwan. Before purchasing, I specifically traveled to Kaohsiung to see and try the sofa in person. I made the purchase only after confirming that I was satisfied with both the appearance and seating comfort of the showroom model. However, the product delivered to my home showed noticeable differences in seat height, inconsistent foam recovery, cushions that did not appear fully expanded, and a seating feel that was clearly different from the showroom model. Even after waiting beyond the recovery period recommended by the Taiwan team, the issues remained. Yet instead of carrying out a convincing objective inspection or providing clear technical criteria, the responses from the Taiwan customer service team continued to revolve around phrases such as “personal preference,” “product characteristics,” and “within the normal range.” My question has always been very simple: Does the product delivered to me actually meet the same quality standard represented by the product displayed and sold by RoveLab Taiwan? Unfortunately, I have still not received a convincing answer. What is especially frustrating is the way the Taiwan team handled the after-sales process. Rather than objectively verifying whether the product met the brand’s stated specifications, the issue was repeatedly reframed as a matter of my personal perception or preference. So if a customer receives a sofa that looks and feels noticeably different from the showroom model, but the sofa is still technically usable, does the Taiwan team simply consider that “normal”? Even more disappointing, my later follow-up messages to the Taiwan distributor/customer service team eventually received no further response. After paying this price for a product, I did not expect the customer to be the one repeatedly chasing the Taiwan team, documenting the issue, and trying to prove that there may be a product-quality problem, while the main response from the local team is simply that everything is “normal.” My concerns are not only about the consistency of the product quality, but also about the extremely passive way the Taiwan team has handled this case. Possible product defects have not been properly investigated, objective quality standards have not been clearly demonstrated, and communication has eventually stopped. If the official images, showroom model, and the actual product delivered to customers can differ this noticeably, and the Taiwan team can still explain everything as being “within the normal range,” then I would strongly recommend that customers in Taiwan think carefully before purchasing. At this point, my experience with the RoveLab Taiwan team deserves one star. Not because the product failed to match my personal preferences perfectly, but because the way the Taiwan team has responded to a legitimate product-quality concern has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

Wordscope is one of those tools that makes me want to tell everyone about it. It is incredibly well-rounded and easy to use, whether you are an experienced CAT tool user or completely new to this kind of software. It has all the essential features needed for a professional translation workflow, but it does not stop there. You can use it at a relatively simple, entry-level pace or take advantage of a much more advanced and powerful feature set as your needs evolve. In addition to working as a translator, I am also a technology trainer, and Wordscope is one of the tools I always mention in my training sessions. Whenever I demonstrate its machine translation engine integrations, access to public glossaries from within the platform, or its incredibly useful bank of ChatGPT prompts, which can be accessed with the click of a button, people are amazed by how thoughtfully designed the tool is. Another feature that distinguishes Wordscope from many other CAT tools is its flexibility for collaboration. Even as a freelance translator, you can share a project with an editor or reviewer. You can also divide a project among a group of translators. At the same time, you retain the flexibility to bring in your own resources, including translation memories and glossaries. One of the things I appreciate most about Wordscope is how approachable and responsive the developer is. They genuinely listen to users, and new features are continually being added in response to real requests. As a result, the platform keeps becoming more useful and better suited to the realities of professional translation work. Wordscope is a thoughtfully built, flexible, and continually evolving tool that I am very happy to recommend.

The IRS is useless and there needs to be something done about it I have waited 7 months for my attacks return and now I'm being charged a penalty because my e-filing money wasn't put in on the card that my tax return goes on to. My tax return only goes to one card nothing else goes to it so my e-file should automatically come out with my taxes just like it does every year through TurboTax and it does it for everybody else to eat files it's automatically deducted when your tax return is accepted approved and given to you do to the fact that they have held my taxes for seven months they have calls to delay and calls the penalty that I do not rightfully owe. Then they send me this letter tell me if I have a problem I can call this number it's a useless number It also says on here I can talk to a representative no you cannot the automated service will not give you to a representative no matter what it just hangs up on you and I'm going to take a picture to prove it. The IRS needs to stop lying to people and start being available to talk to people. Oh okay so you won't let me snap the screenshot of this letter that shows that it says you can call this number and talk to a representative which is a lie so now I'm going to post it everywhere social media. By the way I'm still waiting on my tax return

Not cool at all compared to percale sheets. Not even cooler than $ 19.99 cooling throw from Costco, Used 3 days and tried to return online 2 products, since they allow only 2 items for return from same order. Tried to submit return after I upload all photos and requirements but it kept says I'm not allowed to return comforter , contact there email and email but it says their email server blocked my email so email sent back to me , I can receive and read their email because I didn't block them but after my 1st email delivered to rest.com then my email blocked so I can't provide box photo via email. I can still receive their email but can't reply because they blocked me . Live chat ended without my confirmation. I contact them via phone call and they said they can't help without photos from my email. Horrible quality horrible customer service.

I had persistent sciatica pain that shot down my right side from sitting at a desk for long hours. It got to the point where I couldn't sleep without flipping sides every 10 minutes. It was awful. Stretching didn't help, I got the CastleFlexx and after a single session I had relief. I only stretched for a minute. It allowed me to get a deep glute stretch that finally released whatever muscle was making the sciatica pain worse. It was immediate. I got up, walked a bit and felt the pain was gone, then did some more stretching with the CastleFlexx. I ended up without pain for about 3 months before I had to start stretching with it again, but it works. Somehow it just gives me long lasting relief. It's awesome.

Very disappointing experience with Steve Madden. I ordered heels on July 19 (Order #1230877) and was told they would arrive within 5–7 business days. After waiting over a month, I contacted customer service multiple times, only to be told each time that the item was a pre-order — something that was never mentioned when I placed the order. The release date kept getting pushed back, and after 1.5 months of waiting, I finally had to cancel the order. I ordered these heels for summer, so what am I supposed to do with them when they arrive in winter? Extremely poor communication and customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering from Steve Madden again.

VIASOX have made a great difference in the swelling on my ankles that I have experienced for years. Not only that they are better priced, with one special after another being offered, and easier to put on than others I have purchased to help with swelling; not to mention all the choices of colours and patterns!! The quality is excellent and the processing of orders easily done!! I only wish they made lighter weight ones that would be comfortable in the hotter months. I find I cannot wear them at all in the heat of summer and my ankles swell up once more!

I ordered a fake sapphire and diamond bracelet it came in and it’s beautiful. I have very skinny wrist and this thing is 2 inches in diameter. I couldn’t even fascinate it. It might fit a four-year-old’s hand. I have tried to call. I was told the owner wasn’t in. I’d have to call back on Monday. I called him Monday and twice and got their voicemail. They not ever called me back.

Performyard is about as unethical as it gets. They purposely lock you into an auto renew contract and force you to give them 60 days notice if you want to cancel. Even when you try to cancel, they make it incredibly difficult. They purposely send you an invoice at the 45 day mark so that you have no options than to auto renew. I have a huge disdain for this company.

I went to the nearest and cheapest through BookMyGarage, which was very easy to navigate, the quote given from the site, and on a confirmation email, was wrong according to my chosen garage. However, the garage graciously honoured the quote I had a full service and MOT, the men were friendly, professional and very busy, they kept me well informed.

What a breath of fresh air and far more pleasant experience I had arranging my travel insurance with this company. A massive thank you to Sophie who was so supportive and helpful taking me through my medical declaration, especially as I have a hearing impairment and sometimes have difficulties with telephone conversations.
